Product Description

Polyvinylchloride Resin (PVC)

   PVC is a kind of amorphous high polymer, whose glassing temperature is 105-75, while swells or dissolves in ether, ketone and aromatics. ºC to its molecular weight. Comparing with other common plastics, PVC has the characteristics of fire resistance and self-extinguishment, and extremely fine chemical corrosion resistance, electro-insulating property, chemical stability and thermo-plasticity. It's insoluble in water, alcohol,
 Visually PVC resin is white amorphous powder with particle size of 60-250um and apparent density 0.40-0.60g/ml. Under normal temperature, 100g resin can absorb 14-27g plasticizer.
 QILU brand PVC is produced with the patent technology of Japanese Shinetsu Chemical Company Ltd. and American Oxy Vinyls Company with introduced package equipments. 14 grades of products with different performances and uses can be made by applying the process of suspension polymerization and consuming VCM as its feedstock.  
The main grades of QILU brand PVC are: S-700, S-800, S-1000, S-1300, QS-650, QS-800F, QS-850F, QS-1000F, QS-1050P, QS-1200 and QS-1350F.
 
Mark, package, transportation and storage of PVC products:
 
Mark      Trademark, product name, product grade, product standard number, net content, lot number, manufacturer name and address should be marked on the package of PVC.
 
Package   PVC resin is packed with compound bag of kraft paper and PP woven material, or internally coated PP woven cloth exterior bag with LDPE film-lined interior bag, or in bulk. The seal of packing bag should guarantee the products not to be polluted or leaked during normal transportation and storage. The net content of small package is 25kg per bag, while big package is 1250kg, 1000kg, 600k or 500kg.
 
Transportation Clean and covered transportation vehicle should be used for transportation of PVC to prevent from rain.
 
Storage   PVC should be stored in dry and well-ventilated warehouses, which should be separated by lot to prevent from mixing lot numbers and can't be stacked in open air to prevent from solarizing and dampness.

 Grade S-700 is mainly used to produce transparent flakes, and can be pressed to hard or semi-hard slice or sheet for package, floor material, hard film for lining (for candy wrapping paper or cigarette packing film), etc. It can also be extruded to hard or semi-hard slice, sheet, or irregularly shaped bar for package. Or it can be injected to make joints, valves, electric parts, auto accessories and vessels.
