Advantage of QTJ4-15 type hydraulic automatic brick making machine:
- The brick machine use high-strength steel and by special welding procedure,so the brick machine is very firm.
- The guiding columns are made of special super strong steel, which surfaces are coated with cadmium, and have perfect torsional strength and wearing capacity.
- The equipped material distributor, using sensor and hydraulic proportional driving technologies, can produce forced centrifugal discharging under the function of swing and arc-breaking mechanism to provide quick and even material distributing, specially suitable for producing thin wall and perforated blocks.
- Under the control of computer, the material distributor can produce vertical synchronous vibration by hydraulic driving system to carry out low frenquency material distributing and high frenquency block forming.
- The multi- source vibrating system can give perfect vibrating effect to different raw materials.

The brick GMT pallet uses environmentally friendly materials and scientific formula research and development, with low usage cost. The GMT building template is waterproof, not easy to corrode, and has strong impact resistance. It is extremely difficult to damage during continuous use, greatly increasing the number of turnover uses. If not sawn, it can be used for pouring concrete for floors and shear walls more than 50 times, which is 10 times that of ordinary plywood.

Compared with polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and wood plastic composite materials (WPC), GMT building templates have obvious advantages such as low deformation, thermal expansion, and frost shrinkage resistance. They can be constructed at low temperatures of -20 degrees Celsius and high temperatures of 60 degrees Celsius. Stable size, not easy to deform, tightly stitched, reducing leakage. Unique surface design, excellent concrete forming quality, and special treatment for the surface roughness and wear resistance of GMT building templates. Its strength is not sufficient to adhere to concrete. No release agent is required. The formed surface is smooth. The appearance quality of plain concrete is very good.
The unburned brick support plate does not stick to the concrete after demolding, making it easy to demould, but it is not easy to slide during construction. Labor-saving structural design, simple construction, and reduced construction costs.
