POP series polyols are polymer polyols formed by grafting and polymerizing styrene and acrylonitrile in polyethers.It is used in combination with high active polyether to prepare high load bearing flexible polyurethane foam, especially suitable for block foam, elastic cushion, automobile and high-speed iron seat, mattress and foam body for other purposes, which can increase the bearing capacity of foam products.

Packaging specifications

We use painted steel drums to package at a weight of 200 Kg per drum. If necessary, we can use liquid bags, IBCs, tank containers, or car tanks for packaging and transportation.

Storage

Container: The product should be sealed and stored in a container made of steel, PE, or PP material, and it is recommended to fill the container with nitrogen gas.
Temperature:  The product should be avoided in a damp environment and the storage temperature should be kept below 50 ºC. It is recommended to avoid direct sunlight and stay away from water and heat sources. Storage temperature above 80 ºC can lead to a decrease in product quality. Short term heating or cooling has little impact on the quality of the product. However, it should be noted that the viscosity of the product increases significantly at lower temperatures, which can lead to certain difficulties in the production and processing process.

It is used in combination with high active polyether to prepare high load bearing flexible polyurethane foam, especially suitable for block foam, elastic cushion, automobile and high-speed iron seat, mattress and foam body for other purposes, which can increase the bearing capacity of foam products.

Our minimum ordered quantity  is 200KG, our smallest drum can carry 200KG.
 
2. How to ship samples and mixed chemicals in bulk to clients?
For small quantity, we ship by air or land, since the chemicals are liquid which belongs to sensitive cargo, the air shipping fee will be higher than common goods.
 
3. Is your sample free?
Our sample is not free, but we can return the sample fee to you once your ordered quantity reaches 20 Tons.
