WANOL ®POP3630 is applicable to the production of high resilience soft polyurethane block, cold molded foam and self skinning materials to increase the load-bearing performance of foam. It is mainly used to produce car cushions, steering wheels, handrails, bicycle and motorcycle saddles, etc.

Packaging specifications

We use painted steel drums to package at a weight of 200 Kg per drum. If necessary, we can use liquid bags, IBCs, tank containers, or car tanks for packaging and transportation.

Storage

Container: The product should be sealed and stored in a container made of steel, PE, or PP material, and it is recommended to fill the container with nitrogen gas.
Temperature: When storing WANOL ® POP3630, it should be avoided in a damp environment and the storage temperature should be kept below 50 ºC. It is recommended to avoid direct sunlight and stay away from water and heat sources. Storage temperature above 80 ºC can lead to a decrease in product quality. Short term heating or cooling has little impact on the quality of the product. However, it should be noted that the viscosity of the product increases significantly at lower temperatures, which can lead to certain difficulties in the production and processing process.

Under correct storage conditions, the shelf life of WANOL ® POP3630 is one year.

Our minimum ordered quantity  is 200KG, our smallest drum can carry 200KG.
 
3. How to ship samples and mixed chemicals in bulk to clients?
For small quantity, we ship by air or land, since the chemicals are liquid which belongs to sensitive cargo, the air shipping fee will be higher than common goods.
 
4. Is your sample free?
Our sample is not free, but we can return the sample fee to you once your ordered quantity reaches 20 Tons.
