Silicone Oil 580 PU Foam Stabilizer  Silicone Surfactant  Foam Raw Materials 

HH-580 is a siloxane surfactant used in the production of polyether type polyurethane flexible foam. Chemically, it is a non hydrolytic polysiloxane polyethylene glycol copolymer. It is a highly active stabilizer.

Application

HH-580 can provide remarkable nucleation performance and can be used in the production of polyurethane with high requirements for foam structure. For example:

Liquid CO2 for foaming production

Foaming production of low-pressure mixing heads

Box foaming (including low-pressure mixing head)

When only PPG is used as a polyether component for foaming production

Storage

We guarantee a storage period of more than 12 months for HH-580 in its original condition and under non extreme weather conditions, especially in non heat and no water conditions. The freezing point of HH-580 is below minus 10 degrees, so freezing is not the main problem, but it is still recommended to raise it to room temperature before use.

Usage Guide

HH-580 is best fed separately. Mixing with water/amine should be avoided, as phase separation may occur when the temperature exceeds 30 °C.
