QT40-3A Mobile Hydraulic Block Machine Structure:
A: Mix material,make it to down mould box.
B:Turn on vibratory motor,use handle to make material ordered to mold box.
C: Press electric cabinet button, make up mould drops to down mould.
D: Wait the up mould press to position, stop vibration. At same time,start oil motor, lifting the handle, the down mould rise, block demould.
E: After the block demoulding, block machine move forward by pressing forward button on electric cabinet, and automatically stop. Circulation the step.
