β- Phenylethyl alcohol, also known as Phenylethyl alcohol, has the molecular formula C8H10O and a molecular weight of 122.17.
Phenylethanol is a colorless viscous liquid with a boiling point of 219 ºC, a relative density of 1.0230, and a refractive index of 1.5310~1.5340. Found in natural plants such as apples, almonds, bananas, peaches, pears, strawberries, cocoa, honey, etc. It has a sweet rose like fragrance. It is recommended to be used in honey, bread, apple, rose flavor essence, etc.

Storage
