Hydrophilic polyurethane prepolymer WanSponge CST hydrophilic foam prepolymer

WanSponge CST is a hydrophilic polyurethane prepolymer based on TDI, which can be used to manufacture hydrophilic foam, such as cosmetic foam, bath sponge soilless culture substrates and kitchen sponge. WanSponge CST can react with liquid formulations containing surfactants and fillers according to application requirements.

Product feature

Storage

Please put it in a dark, cool and dry place. The storage temperature should be 15-25ºC. Keep the package intact. The shelf life of this product is six months from the date of production. After the shelf life is exceeded, it is recommended to conduct performance evaluation before use.

WanSponge CST can be used to manufacture hydrophilic foam, such as cosmetic foam, bath sponge,  kitchen sponge and plant cultivation substrateand.

For small quantity, we ship by air or land, since the chemicals are liquid which belongs to sensitive cargo, the air shipping fee will be higher than common goods.
 
5. Is your sample free?
Our sample is not free, but we can return the sample fee to you once your ordered quantity reaches 20 Tons.

For PU material within 10 Tons, we can supply in 7 days, for over 10 - 20 Tons, we can supply in 10 days. All sold materials enjoy half year - 1 year warranty, we provide after-sale service for quality problem or processing errors.

Avoid daylight and store in a well-ventilated place, seal the barrel gap if the material is not used up.
